Each of the stores within the Australian Shopper shopping Centres have their own returns policies. Please return to the store of purchase to find out about their own policy.
You should find that if the goods are found to have manufacturing defects they will usually be replaced at no charge.
All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods by the individual store owner.
Claims for faulty stock must
be reported to store owner within three (3) days of the receipt of the order.
Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes etc) should be reported to the store owner immediately.
This will ensure prompt corrective action on their part. A copy of the relevant invoice
must accompany returned items.
All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be the
product of the store owner or not showing a
manufacturing defect will not be allowed.
Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused. Seasonal items will not be
accepted for return after the end
of the particular season. Returns must be in original package quantities. Part packages
will not be accepted for return.

If your shopping experiences with one of the stores located within an Australian Shopper Shopping Centre has been less than satisfactory then we reccomend the following proceedure;
1. Contact the store you purchased from and state your complaint.

Complaints will be processed in a timely and efficient manner. We will aim to acknowledge your written complaint within 5 working days of receiving it, and emails within 24 hours.
